Refund policy

At Ballylisk of Armagh we aim for 100% customer satisfaction. In the event you are unhappy with your purchase you can return your order within 14 days. 

We accept returns that are undamaged, unused and unopened. Perishables including cheese cannot be returned. All products must be returned in a saleable condition.

Please contact us at info@ballyliskofarmagh.com to start your return. We unfortunately cannot cover return postage costs.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@ballyliskofarmagh.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Both replacements and refunds can be facilitated.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
